How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information when your order is on its way.

UK DELIVERY

• Free UK delivery: Royal Mail tracked delivery - normally 1–3 working days after dispatch - (1 x pair only)
• Fast UK delivery: £3.99: Royal Mail tracked delivery - normally 1–2 working days after dispatch (1+ pairs)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to Europe and selected destinations worldwide using the Royal Mail international tracked service.

• Europe: One pair £20 | Two pairs £27.50
• Rest of the world: One pair £27.50 | Two pairs £35
• Estimated delivery: Normally 3–10 working days after dispatch

International delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, local postal services and busy seasonal periods may occasionally cause delays outside our control.

US ORDERS

Pokeboo orders sent to the United States are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable duties and taxes are included in the final amount paid, helping your order pass smoothly through US customs without unexpected import charges on delivery.

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges are not included in our product or delivery prices unless clearly stated at checkout. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the local customs authority or delivery provider.

TRYING ON YOUR POKEBOO BOOTS

If you may need to exchange your boots for another size, please try them on indoors on a clean surface. Boots must be returned unworn, clean and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

Cleaning and care instructions

Pokeboo are made from lightweight natural rubber to make them flexible, foldable and easy to carry. As with all natural rubber products, a little care will help keep your Pokeboo in good condition.

• After wearing, allow your Pokeboo to dry thoroughly before storing them, particularly after prolonged use or in warm conditions.
• Remove the footbeds/insoles to allow both the inside of the boots and the footbeds to dry fully. Moisture or perspiration trapped inside the boot can otherwise build up and may feel like water ingress.
• Wash the exterior with lukewarm water. If the inside needs cleaning, remove the footbed and wash by hand.
• Allow boots, footbeds and insoles to air dry naturally in the shade. Do not tumble dry or use radiators, heaters or other direct heat sources.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and strong light, which can contribute to natural-rubber degradation.
• Keep away from oils and petroleum products, which can react with natural rubber.
• You may notice a white powdery film known as "blooming". This is a natural characteristic of rubber and does not mean the boots are faulty. It can be gently wiped away with a damp cloth.
• If the rubber feels sticky, wipe the boots clean and allow them to dry before storing.

How to store your Pokeboo

Always store Pokeboo indoors once they are clean and completely dry. Do not leave them stored outdoors for prolonged periods, even under cover.

Outdoor conditions can change considerably through the seasons. Prolonged exposure to sunlight/UV, heat, cold, moisture, humidity and changing temperatures can accelerate the natural ageing and degradation of rubber.

• Store in a cool, dry, dark place indoors, away from direct sunlight, strong light and sources of heat.
• Once completely dry, Pokeboo can be kept in their carry bag ready for your next adventure.
• Avoid leaving anything heavy on top of the boots or storing them under pressure for long periods.
• If storing them upright rather than packed, loosely filling them with clean paper can help.
• Do not leave Pokeboo outside, in direct sunlight or in places subject to large changes in temperature or humidity for prolonged periods.

Safety precautions and allergy warning:

• Some skin types will react to rubber, if an itch or rash occurs, please refrain from using POKEBOO.
• Please avoid contact with glass, thorns or other sharp objects. The boots have been designed with comfort in mind and for light or occasional use.
• If used for an extended period of time, there may result some sweat residue in the interior of the boots. In this case, please dry the boots in the shade after using.
